Sichuan Cuisine is one of the best Chinese restaurants, and we really enjoyed our visit! If you’re looking for authentic Sichuan flavors, this is the perfect spot. The food is bold, flavorful, and well-prepared, staying true to the traditional Sichuan style. We tried several vegetarian dishes, and the options were quite good. We had the Eggplant in Garlic Sauce, which was okay, but a bit on the softer side. The Dried Cooked String Beans were really nice—crispy, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor. The Mongolian Tofu was another good dish, with a rich and slightly spicy sauce. The Vegetable Chow Mein was a satisfying and hearty option, and the Green Onion Pancakes were a standout—crispy, flavorful, and definitely a must-try! The portion sizes are generous, and the food overall is tasty, but it is a bit on the oily side, which is something to keep in mind. That said, the variety of vegetarian dishes makes it a great spot for those who don’t eat meat. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a clean and comfortable setting. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service was efficient. Pricing is reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, making it a good value for an authentic Sichuan meal. Overall, it was a nice experience and definitely a one-time must-try spot for Sichuan food lovers!

In case you didn't know, this restaurant has been around for quite some time (at least 20+ years). Food [5 star]: Tasty, authentic and wide range of dishes + generous portions + very reasonable prices. It's one of the few Seattle area restaurants in our list as places to go for high quality food with low (affordable) price. Service [5 star]: The waiters and waitresses are nice, attentive and considerate. They don't hover too much and the speed of food / cooking is amazing. Atmosphere [5 star]: This is a newer location since their original place (not far from here) was remodeled / demolished. It's simple, open and clean. Will we be back? Absolutely

Great food. The flavors were really good. Service was great too. We'd never really eaten Sichuan food before so we asked the waiter for some recommendations and he was very accommodating. We ordered 4 dishes between 2 people and spent $72 which is great for Bellevue. It's family style so we shared our portions with plenty leftover. We'll be back.

Got the chilli fried fish, dry cooked chicken and string bean, beef chow fun, cold couple beef, and the scallion pancake. Portions were generous and flavor was on point. Chilli fried fish, my favorite, was so crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. So crispy the leftovers in the fridge were still crispy. Chicken + string beans were great as well. The beef chow fun flavor was great but it had a lot of onion, just a tad too much for my liking. Make sure to get a side of rice too, it really makes the entrees taste better.

I love this place and that they automatically serve tea with your meal. A great comfort Chinese food place on the east side. The veggie dishes, won ton soup, egg drop soup, and broccoli chicken were so good.

Have been coming for my Chinese fix here for the past few years and grabbed dinner here last night. Went for my usual fried rice, cumin lamb, and fried chicken. Tried the Ravioli Soup for the first time, and it was nice. Lamb was so nicely cooked, we took Feid chicken to go, and it was not that great. Maybe it would have been better right off of the pan! Service and food come fast.

Everything was fresh, prepared perfectly, and very tasty. Portions were large. The Hot and Sour soup was one of the best I've had. The egg rolls were more spring rolls than egg rolls. The green onion pancake was mild, but came with a side of chillies in oil. The spicy mandarin chicken was delicious, as was the sweet and sour prawns. The rice was exactly the consistency you would want, not clumpy. The menu is extensive.
